Mansion Poker Review

Mansion Poker
Mansion Poker was originally a stand-alone poker room known for great software, innovative functions and big overlay tournaments with great player value. Looking to expand their game variety and player volume, however, Mansion switched over to the Ongame poker network last year, dramatically increasing their offerings and player base. Their unique guaranteed tournaments - including weekly $150,000 and $110,000 events - continue though, with the same excellent per-player value.

The games at Mansion Poker are mainly low-stakes Limit and No-Limit Texas Hold'em, with the bulk of the games being very loose and fast. With the move to Ongame, they've now added Omaha, Omaha Hi-Lo, Seven-Card Stud and Five-Card Draw as well. There are also plenty of lower buy-in tournaments and freerolls with great value.

The traffic volume overall has received a big boost from joining Ongame. Real-money player statistics as of January 2008 show 8,000 ring-game players at peak hours and 40,000 tournament players at peak hours.

FEATURED POKER GAME
Texas Holdem
Hold'em, also known as Texas Hold'em, is a poker game in which each player receives 2 cards (hole cards) dealt face down, while 5 cards are dealt face up on the table. All players play their best five cards using any combination of their 2 downcards and the 5 common cards on the table. The best 5-card poker hand among those in contention for the pot wins.
